ABOUT

My interests are in ecology, conservation, and earth and environmental sciences. Using techniques in the field of paleoecology, I examine naturally occurring archives, like peat cores, lake sediment cores, etc. to reconstruct how ecosystems responded to climate change and other environmental change over thousands of years.  My work focuses on the Rocky Mountains, the Antarctic Peninsula, and the Falkland Islands.
